Daily exercise #162

Monika Dalkin is an artist living in Seattle, Washington where she works from her studio and has ongoing representation at Gallery 110. For many years I have been collecting bits and pieces of ephemera - things I found interesting for any number of reasons. This collection has grown so much as I waited for the perfect opportunity to use each item, that instead of waiting, I have challenged myself to use these objects now. The challenge to myself, is that I must make a new piece of art everyday. It doesn't have to be big, and I am not allowed to purchase any new materials or art supplies in order to complete this challenge. I will be posting every day on this new blog. I am curious to see what new ideas evolve from this process. The Daily Musings will be available for sale. Larger works that grow organically from this process will also be available to view and purchase from my website.
